Pagerduty Integration

Route ManySignal verdicts to the right on-call team automatically.

What this integration does

PagerDuty meets agentic SOC

PagerDuty is the de facto incident management and on-call platform for engineering and security teams. ManySignal integrates with PagerDuty to create incidents when verdicts require human escalation, respects PagerDuty escalation policies and schedules, and updates incident status as cases progress in ManySignal.

Pagerduty Integration: frequently asked questions

Will ManySignal create duplicate PagerDuty incidents for the same alert?

No. ManySignal uses a stable dedup key based on the alert ID to prevent duplicate incidents. Re-triggering an alert updates the existing incident.
