These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the public-facing ManySignal website located at manysignal.com and all sub-pages ("Site"). They apply to all visitors, whether or not you hold a ManySignal subscription. If you are a paying or trial subscriber, your use of the ManySignal platform is additionally governed by the Terms of Service and applicable order form.

By accessing the Site you confirm that you are at least 16 years old, that you have read and agree to these Terms, and that where you act on behalf of a company or other legal entity you have authority to bind that entity.

You may access and use the Site for the purpose of learning about ManySignal's products and services, downloading public content such as research reports and data sheets, submitting contact or demo requests, and interacting with public blog or documentation content.
