M ManySignal

MSSP and Managed Services Platform

Run dozens of SOC environments from one platform

ManySignal's multi-tenant architecture gives MSSPs per-tenant data isolation, white-label dashboards, per-customer detection rule sets, and per-asset pricing — purpose-built for managed security service delivery at scale.

MSSP platform capabilities

Per-tenant cryptographic data isolation

Each tenant's data is encrypted with tenant-specific keys. Cross-tenant data access is architecturally impossible.

White-label customer portal

Full brand customization: domain, logo, colors. Your customers see your product, powered by ManySignal.

Per-tenant detection and autonomy policies

Configure detection rules, triage thresholds, and approved response actions independently per customer.

Cross-tenant operations console

Your analysts see all tenant escalations in a unified queue, prioritized by severity and SLA status.

Per-asset pricing for margin control

MSSP pricing is per-asset per tenant. You price your service however you choose above that floor.

Automated customer reporting

Monthly security reports auto-generated per tenant with your branding. No analyst time required for report production.

MSSP platform — common questions

How does ManySignal's multi-tenant architecture enforce tenant isolation?

Each tenant operates in a fully isolated data plane. Tenant data, detection rules, case history, and configuration are logically separated and encrypted per-tenant. The management plane allows your team to view and operate across tenants with explicit role-based access control — operators can only access tenants they are authorized for.

Can we white-label the ManySignal dashboard for our customers?

Yes. The customer-facing portal supports your brand: custom domain, logo, color scheme, and product name. Customers see your branded interface backed by ManySignal's detection and response engine. ManySignal branding is not visible to end customers in white-label configurations.

How does per-tenant detection rule management work?

Each tenant can have a unique detection rule set. ManySignal supports a baseline rule library that applies to all tenants, with per-tenant customizations layered on top. Tenant-specific rules, thresholds, and suppression lists can be managed by your team or delegated to tenant administrators.

What's the pricing model for ManySignal as an MSSP?

ManySignal offers MSSP-specific pricing with tenant-based tiers. Pricing is structured as a per-asset fee per tenant — allowing you to price your managed service based on customer asset count. Volume discounts apply at 10, 25, and 50 tenant thresholds. Contact the MSSP team for pricing details.

How does ManySignal help us deliver SLA commitments to customers?

Every tenant has real-time SLA tracking on the ManySignal operations dashboard: alert triage time, case escalation time, and response action time against your committed SLAs. Customer-facing SLA dashboards are configurable — you choose which metrics your customers see and in what format.

How quickly can we onboard a new customer tenant?

New tenants are provisioned in under 5 minutes via the MSSP API or console. Connector configuration, detection scope, and autonomy settings are completed in a guided onboarding flow. The first agent verdicts on live customer alerts typically appear within 24 hours of connector setup.

What does the automated monthly client report contain?

Monthly client reports include: alert volume and triage outcomes, true positive rate and case counts, MITRE ATT&CK coverage summary, SLA performance metrics, response actions executed, and a risk posture trend. Reports are generated automatically, white-labelled, and exportable as PDF or via the API.

Can customers see their own data and reports without MSSP analyst involvement?

Yes, at your discretion. Customer portal access is configurable: read-only view of their own alerts, cases, and reports, with no access to MSSP analyst notes or cross-tenant data. Customer access levels can be expanded (to analyst-level interaction) or restricted per client preference.

How does cross-tenant threat correlation work without exposing customer data?

Cross-tenant correlation uses one-way hashes of observables (IP addresses, file hashes, domains). The MSSP operations console shows 'observed in N tenants' for a given IOC without revealing which tenants or the IOC value. This enables fleet-wide threat hunting while maintaining strict data segregation.

What is the exit path if a customer wants to take security operations in-house?

Customer tenant data is fully portable — all case history, entity graph, audit logs, and configuration are exportable in JSON format. The tenant can be migrated to a self-hosted or standalone cloud deployment. ManySignal provides migration tooling and a handover runbook. No data is locked in proprietary formats.
